What is Celiac?
Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disorder that damages the small intestine of those affected when gluten is ingested in the small intestine. Common Symptoms

Associated Problems
While damage to the small intestine is the main problem associated with celiac disease, there are a few other health effects that it can cause. If celiac is left untreated, you are much more likely to be diagnosed with other autoimmune disorders, such as:
